What is 49ersSuites.com?

49ersSuites.com is the official single game suites website of the San Francisco 49ers. 49ersSuites.com is designed specifically for premium suite sales (e.g. luxury suites, luxury suite tickets, etc.). This website is operated by the San Francisco 49ers and powered by SuitePro.

Am I buying directly from the team/venue?

Yes. The suites listed for sale on this website are directly from the San Francisco 49ers.

How is my information protected?

Your personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information are protected using industry-standard data encryption and security measures. If you provide payment information to purchase a suite, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data. Shopping for a Suite

How do I purchase a San Francisco 49ers suite?

To rent a suite for a San Francisco 49ers game at Levi's® Stadium, click on the game you wish to attend via the RENT A SUITE page to see available suite options. A suite can be purchased directly from the website by entering your credit card details or by contacting the San Francisco 49ers Suite Team at 415-464-9377 or [email protected].

When do I get my tickets after purchasing a suite?

Following your purchase, a representative from the 49ers Suite Team will be in touch to coordinate ticket delivery for your suite. All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only.

How are my tickets delivered?

All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only. After your purchase, you will be assigned an online Account Manager and the 49ers will provide instructions on how to access and download your tickets. Tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile phone. It is recommended that you electronically transfer tickets directly to your suite guests to ensure proper access into Levi's® Stadium.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes. All suites listed on 49ersSuites.com are fully private.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Yes. All premium suite options at Levi's® Stadium are ADA accessible.

Payment

What forms of payment are accepted?

The 49ers prefer Visa, but all majors credit cards are accepted.

Is payment required in full?

Payment in full is required upon booking in order to secure a suite.

Are there any additional fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden fees. The only other cost to consider will be additional in-suite catering expenses and/or additional suite tickets (when applicable).

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

No. Per our ticket terms, all suite sales are final. For more information on rescheduled events or cancelled events please see below answers.

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

Should an event be postponed, your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event per our ticket terms.

What if my event is cancelled?

If the event is cancelled, a representative from the 49ers Suite Team will contact you to discuss available options.

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

Following your suite purchase, a 49ers representative will be in touch via email or phone to provide you with further catering instructions. You will be provided with instructions for pre-order approximately 2 weeks before your event date. Guests can forego a catering preorder in lieu of gameday (in-suite) ordering. Please note: the Gameday Suite Menu is more limited than the Preorder Menu. Any catering preorders will be due 1 week prior to an event.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No, in-suite catering is not required to purchase and there is no catering minimum. Guests can also purchase food and drink individually from general concessions and bring these items back to the suite. Suite guests will have access to concessions options in Levi's® Stadium club spaces.

How much does catering typically cost?

Catering options and associated costs will be available closer to the event date. On average, groups that purchase in-suite catering will spend $100 per person in their group for a spread of food and drink (alcohol included). For example, a rough budget for a group of 20 should be $2,000. There is no catering minimum, however, and catering is not required. Check the listing details to see what catering credit (if any) is included with your suite.

Can I purchase additional tickets (also known as Standing Room Only tickets or "SROs" for my suite?

Refer to your suite reservation to see if additional suite tickets are available to purchase. For any suites that provide the option to purchase additional tickets, contact your San Francisco 49ers Suite Representative to complete the transactions. Additional tickets, if available, can be purchased (but not required) at any point leading up to an event.

Can I get guest passes for my suite?

Guest passes are not allowed for suites. If you would like to host additional guests, you will have to purchase Standing Room Only tickets up to the maximum allowed for your suite type.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children under 2 years of age will not require a separate ticket for admission into Levi's® Stadium. Suites can provide a welcomed private and secure space for families attending a game with younger children.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite (and Levi's® Stadium)?

Does my suite ticket give me access to other exclusive areas of the stadium?

Suite tickets will provide access to all non all-inclusive club spaces at Levi's® Stadium including, the United Club, Yahoo Fantasy Football Lounge, Levi's® 501 Club, Foxconn Industrial Internet Club, Black Oak Casino Resort Club and the NRG Solar Terrace (Sunday day games only).

Game Day Questions

Where do I park?

Your suite will include parking passes in premium lots on site. You will be provided with details on where and how to park.

Where do I find the VIP Entrances?

VIP entrances can be found on a map on the 49ers or Levi's® Stadium gameday guide closer to your event date. Your 49ers representative will share details on where to go to enter based on your suite location and where you are parking or arriving.

When does my suite open?

Suite access opens 3 hours prior to kick-off.

Can I order food and beverage from my suite on game day?

Yes. Each suite is serviced by a shared suite attendant. In-game food and drink orders can be placed via the attendant. A Gameday Suite Menu will be in the suite upon arrival. The Gameday Menu is slightly more limited than the Advance Catering Menu, however, you’ll still find stadium favorites and plenty of beverages available (water, soft-drinks, beer, wine, liquor). In-suite catering items are served in group-portions, not individually.

Do I tip our suite attendant?

Yes, gratuity is customary.

I booked a suite, but I haven't received my tickets yet. Where are they?

Tickets will be loaded onto your account in 49ers Account Manager approximately 1-2 weeks before your event date. If you are less than 7 days out and you still do not have access to your tickets, please contact a representative from the 49ers Suite Team at [email protected] or 415-464-9377.
